Coeurs de Thé Blanc
This withe tea called Ai Xin comes from the Jujan province. It requires one day of full work to shape 150g of those hearts. It is flavoured 8 times with fresh jasmine flowers, and sprinkled with red rose petals.
Only 150 Kg of this exceptional tea is produced each year.
You can brew four to five times this tea, with 5 hearts for 20 cl of water.

A great first for this fabulous tea harvest, in July 2011 from a high altitude garden untapped for 10 years and for the first time rolled entirely by hand. Fermented in a natural environment, to keep all the savours from those tiny leaves, with natural peach and mango aromas. Very low in caffeine, perfect for the evening or for children. RARE!
Yin Zhen Bai Hao
2016 Spring Flush's white tea, delicate taste, slightly floral, close to the orchid. Very delicated, rich in vitamin C and especially in antioxidants, it would be the richest plant for vitamin A. In the past, this great tea was exclusivly reserved to the Emperor and was harvested by young virgins, who were wearing white gloves and used scissors in gold! Only the 1rst bud of the tea plant is harvested, without any more processing, except drying in the sun, during 48 hours. RARE.
Pu-Erh Millésime 21 ans d'âge
